good greif! 50th blog - and a give away!

finally! 50 blogs.
it has been fantastic fun so far, and it feels like the journey has only just begun, so in celebration I am going to be giving away one of my heart broaches, plus a load of other bits and pieces, some golden hands magazines plus some bits n bob's for loveliness in sewing pursuits. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post, and I will put names in a hat next Monday night - so almost a week...
Today is also my last day on solid food for a while. I have finally given in, gone to the chemist and signed up for the 'lipotrim' programme, a complete meal replacement - I AM A FOOD ADDICT!!!! there I said it.
just lately I have been comfort eating for the whole of our rainy country - then bent over the other day and split my pants - much to SSB and Taryn's amusement. so - no more cakes, puds, pies, sweets, kit kat chunky peanut butters, no more anything really! wish me luck as I wither away... hehehe
I took a photo of one of our lovely EDIBLE nasturtiums - I can't even eat that!so - the big diet starts tomorrow (don't they always?) Just think of all the crafting I can get done when I would have been eating - I will probably end up subconsciously knitting cup cakes!
so - updates when I have the strength to type (can't a girl milk the moment??)
eeek! just reminded me - someone sent me an e-mail the other day, and called me a lovely 'lady' OMG how old did I feel? a LOT older than I am - or a lot older than I feel! I wouldn't mind, but the 'girl' who sent it me is only a month younger than I am!!!

Hi there, first of all thanks for stopping by mine and my little girl blog, she doesn`t know yet, that you have left her a comment, but when she will, she will be over the moon!
Also good luck with your diet, I understand fully how you feel...
Someone not so long ago, asked me if I was expecting!
That`s because I have gonne x3 sizes up in a year,...
Not nice at all!
Nothing fits me and I keep borrowing t-shirts from the hubby...
I also have started my diet yesterday, fingers crossed and I will be size 10 for Christmas.
Good Luck, Don`t give in!

Congrats on your 50th blog. it goes quickly doesn,t it! Best of lck with the diet. I have been on tablets since Christmas and I have put some weight on so whilst I am on holiday and can eat without rushing it down me I shall hopefully lose some of it.

Congrats on 50 posts, that is quite a milestone! Of course I would love to win your giveaway so please throw my name in the hat. I've recently lost 20 pounds, now the real work will be to keep it off. Good luck with your diet.

Congrat's on the 50th post, just came across your blog today & think its great. Good luck with the diet, I'm still trying to loose baby weight from having my daughter 11 months ago, although I'm doing more talking about losing weight than actually losing any!!!

I kept seeing you little icon everywhere so I though I'd come and visit.

Congrats on the fiftieth post! I'm a long way off that yet!

Good luck with the diet - it's so brave to be venturing into a non-food area. I couldn't do it so all hats off to you!

Ooh, good luck with the diet. I'm on a low GL eating plan, it's very slow but what I have lost is staying lost.

Oh I'd love to win that gorgeous little heart. (I've got a bit of a thing for buttons too). Congrats on 50 posts, I'm not even half way there yet. Good luck with the diet - if God was female he'd have made sure chocolate had no calories and contained every vitamin a woman needs!

Kath congratulations on your 50th blog and good luck with the diet.

I would join you but as you know don't think I could manage not to actually eat I am also now intolerant to most of the diet shaky things!

I would love the brooch but with all the comments will just have to cross my fingers.

Must say would love to have seen the pants incident, will just have to picture it instead:0)

My Zip went this week so have also decided to cut back a bit(not a lot though)

Love Keely xx

hi
i live 5mins from camden market! let me know when you are next down!! Spitalfields is amazing as it is mostly homemade, i always get really inspired there....this time there were lots of stalls selling perspex cut out jewellery, i bought a ring in the shape of bambi!!
It is good to see what 'trends' are selling well. Anyway, hope you are having a good week, xxx
